Who Should Not Take This Medicine Do not take Alli if: You are under 18 years of age You have a BMI below 28 You are pregnant or breastfeeding You have problems absorbing food (chronic malabsorption syndrome) You have cholestasis (a liver or bile duct condition) You are already taking another orlistat-containing product You are allergic to orlistat or any of the other ingredients Interactions Orlistat may reduce the absorption of some medicines and fat-soluble vitamins
